reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and

Order Processing
All orders are processed upon receipt. Orders are not processed or
shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Actual shipping time is
contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification
by My Price Electronics Credit and Fraud Protection Department.
Orders that are shipped to an address other than the credit card
billing address or any order that meets a certain value are
automatically sent through for manual verification. Consequently,
such orders may take an additional 0 - 5 days of processing time.
Most orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of receiving your
order.
All orders are shipped via our preferred carriers except
for big screen televisions, large appliance and other large
products. When available, the tracking information will be provided
via email.
Inventory is updated once every working day. MyPriceElectronics.com is not responsible if product becomes unavailable, for any reason, by the time we receive your order. In which case, the order will stand cancelled & you will be informed via Email. Derogatory remarks/comments for this reason, at any/all website rating agencies (eg. BizRate, PriceGrabber, Yahoo, etc), will not be appreciated. |

Shipping Information
We ship to all states in the US except Alaska and Hawaii. We don't
accept any International orders. We don't ship to Hotels or
Non-Public mail facilities (i.e. Mail Boxes Etc), or US
PO Boxes.
My Price Electronics cannot be held responsible for shipping delays and/or inaccurate tracking information caused by shipping/trucking company. Derogatory remarks/comments for this reason, at any/all website rating agencies (eg. BizRate, PriceGrabber, Yahoo, etc), will not be appreciated |

Shipping Charges
Our shipping and handling charges are based on the weight and
destination of your order (Except Alaska and Hawaii*). Our rates are
very reasonable and competitive with most other etailers. Our site
automatically computes shipping charges whenever you place an item
in your shopping basket. The site is currently configured only for
calculating GROUND shipping. You may email us at Shipping@MyPriceElectronics
for other shipping options.
*You will have to email us at Shipping@MyPriceElectronics
for shipping and handling charges to Alaska and Hawaii
Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery
time. We need time to process and assemble your order before we
actually ship it, choosing Overnight does not mean your order will
be delivered the day after you place your order online.
Please note we do not ship or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays
or holidays. |

Special Handling
Orders requiring Rush Delivery and/or Special Handling will be
subject to additional special handling charges. When we receive an
order requiring special handling we will inform you by email. If you
would like to request special handling or rush delivery please email

Big Screen TV's and other Large/Fragile items
Big Screen TV's 27 inches and larger, and other fragile items, are
shipped only via ground delivery by freight truck carriers and can
be shipped only to the Contiguous United States. Please note: all
such product (Big Screen, Plasma TV's and other large/fragile items)
are strictly not returnable. Carefully examine the contents of your
delivery for damage before signing for the delivery. Any damage
discovered after you sign for the delivery is your responsibility.
Most Big screen TV's we offer come with a manufactures in home
service warranty. In the event your Big screen TV requires service,
please contact the manufacturer, whom in most cases will dispatch an
authorized service technician to your home to service the TV.

Canceling an order before checking out
You can cancel the order process at any time by closing your browser
screen. You can modify quantities ordered or remove items from your
shopping cart by clicking on the View/Modify Shopping Cart button
and changing the quantity to the desired quantity or to 0 (zero) to
remove an item from your shopping cart. |

Canceling an order after checking out
Subjected to a Cancellation Approval Number from My Price
Electronics, orders may be canceled by emailing customer service at Support@MyPriceElectronics.
Only orders which have not been processed may be canceled.
Additionally, all orders requesting cancellation after processing
has began will be subject to a cancellation fee of 3% of the Total
amount
Cancellations after order has been shipped out will be treated as Refusal
of Deliveries |

Product returns
Every product comes with its manufacturers warranty. The complete
warranty and its instructions is included with the product. The
manufacturers' warranty may cover repair or replacement of defective
parts, subject to the conditions set forth. On most items, My Price
Electronics offers an exclusive 15-day exchange/refund policy.
Refund Fees may apply.
The following products are not returnable and are not acceptable for
credit, refund, or exchange and must be repaired by manufacturers'
authorized service centers: TVs and monitors 20" and up.
Additionally the following manufactures do not accept returns from
us and request that their products be sent back directly to them for
service, and therefore are not returnable to MyPriceElectronics:
Sony and Panasonic. These manufactures prefer to handle all their
defective product. To locate a service center near you, please refer
to the product manual.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for
exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within
15 days, subject to a return authorization from My Price Electronics
(except for items listed above). Refund Fees may apply. For products
shipped under a 'Free Shipping' offer, 10% of product cost will be
retained as shipping and handling fee.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the the
condition of goods and packaging material are not 100% complete and
in mint condition we reserve the right to increase the restocking
fee.
Shipping costs for all returns will be borne by customer.
For a RA number (Return Authorization) email Customer Service at Support@MyPriceElectronics.
All Returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RAconditions.php#
does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to
inspection. Products returned without a valid RAconditions.php# will not be
acknowledged by us and hence returned to customer. All cost hence
incurred will be borne by customer.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory
condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals,
warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not
write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for
replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on
contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such
returns.
Pack the products into its original packaging. Write the RAconditions.php# issued
by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please
ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use
UPS Ground Service "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD
or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange
or return without authorization. |

Refusal of Deliveries
Customers will be held responsible for any and all additional
shipping charges incurred by the refusal of deliveries. All Refused
deliveries, customer will be responsible for shipping charges to the
destination plus the additional shipping charges back to My Price
Electronics unless the shipment was damaged by the shipper and the
shippers documentation confirms such. in addition, there will be a
10% restocking fee. Confirmation must be made with My Price
Electronics customer service before the refusal of any and all
shipments.
Products returned for reasons of wrong, incorrect or incomplete
address will fall under this category. So will orders returned
because of unavailability of customer to accept the delivery. |

Typographical Errors
My Price Electronics credo is truth in advertising, and we aspire to
publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However
on occasion we do make mistakes. In the event a product is listed at
an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to
typographical error or error in pricing or product information
received from our suppliers, My Price Electronics shall have the
right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at
the incorrect price. My Price Electronics shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has
already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, My
Price Electronics shall immediately issue a credit to your credit
card account in the amount of the charge. |

applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within
California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales
